5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Waffo Pancake, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Waffo Pancake to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Pay all fees for your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Provide accurate billing information

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for the current period
  • Your data is retained until account deletion

7. Limitation of Liability

Simplelytics is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Data Ownership

You own all data you input into Simplelytics. We do not claim any ownership over your analytics data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
