You agree NOT to use Simplelytics for:
- Illegal purposes: Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We have zero tolerance for any content that exploits or abuses children. Uploading, sharing, or generating any content depicting child sexual abuse, minors in sexual situations, or any content that endangers children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
- Spam and malware: Distributing spam, viruses, or malicious code
- Privacy violations: Tracking individuals without their consent in jurisdictions requiring it
- Fraud: Misrepresenting data or using analytics for fraudulent purposes
- Competitive interference: Using the service to directly compete with Simplelytics
- Data harvesting: Scraping or extracting data beyond normal analytics use
- Reselling: Reselling or redistributing Simplelytics services without authorization
- Denial of Service: Attempting to overwhelm or disrupt the service infrastructure
- Unauthorized access: Accessing accounts or data you don't own
- Circumvention: Bypassing usage limits or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities
4. AI Content Guidelines
Our AI-powered insights feature utilizes DeepSeek (deepseek-chat model). When using AI-generated insights:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before reliance
- Do not use AI insights for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice without independent verification
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-generated content
5. Data Handling Requirements
- You must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for cookie usage where required
- You must implement a proper privacy policy on your tracked websites
- You may not use Simplelytics to track sensitive categories of data (health, financial, etc.) without proper compliance measures
